Ordering

To place your order, please be prepared to provide the following information:

• Customer's name & delivery address
• Address to which invoice should be sent
• Purchase order number
• Product reference number and description
• Quantity required
• Delivery date required
• Special instructions relating to deliver, packaging or shipping

Orders received via the electronic mailing system will be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.  Faxed orders will be processed and despatched without confirmation unless requested.

Delivery

It is our policy to maintain stock levels of our complete product range.  At certain times this service may not be possible. We will make every attempt to fulfil and inform our customers if an order will be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.  A Standard service of delivery taking 7 - 10 working days is available and is charged by weight and advised before despatch.  

Urgent orders can be handled with a 2 - 3 day delivery (depending on state) couriered service and is charged by weight of shipment. Once an order has been despatched customers will receive via fax a Shipping Instructions Form detailing Ordering, Delivery Address, Description & Value for customs purposes.

Payment

Warranty

Formedium™ products are warranted to meet our product specifications in effect at the time of shipment.   Notice of nonconforming products must be made to Formedium™ within 20 days of receipt of product.  This product warranty limits Formedium™ liability to the replacement of the product only.   Formedium™ shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages.

Returns Policy

Due to the high sensitivity of our products we are not able to accept all returns.  Our commitment to product quality and performance superiority prevents us from reselling returned goods.  If you would like to initiate a return please contact Formedium™ to obtain return authorisation.  Formedium™ recommends GLP Good Laboratory Practice at all times and that all products are sampled and tested to the clients satisfaction on prior to incorporation into existing and ongoing research.   In instances of purchasing errors it is our policy to deny return of products.
