Market, to achieve this we require your VAT number at the

Orders received via the
electronic mailing system will be responded to within 24
hours of receipt. Faxed orders will be processed and
despatched without confirmation unless requested.

are pleased to offer unpublished higher discounts on large

Delivery
It is our policy to maintain stock levels of our
complete product range. At certain times this service
may not be possible. We will make every attempt to
fulfil and inform our customers if an order will be
delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. A Standard
service of delivery taking 5 - 7 working days (depending
on country) is available to all orders within the EEC.
Orders received and delivered outside the EEC will be
advised as to the cost and duration of delivery.
Urgent orders can be handled with a 1 - 3 day (depending
on country) couriered service at an extra cost payable
by the customer, please advise should you wish this
service. Once an order has been despatched customers
will receive via fax a Shipping Instructions Form
detailing Ordering, Delivery Address, Description &
Value for customs purposes.

Freight Charges
Orders within
the European Community;
Orders within the European Community with an order value
below UK �200.00 or �300.00 will be respectively
surcharged with an extra UK �9.00 or �13.50 for
delivery by post.
Orders within the European Community with an order value
of and exceeding UK �200.00, �300.00 will be delivered
free by post.
All other forms of transportation will be
charged separately and will vary with the place of delivery,
weight and dimension of each shipment. All freight and
transportation charges are available upon request and are
clearly indicated on the invoice.
Orders outside
the European Community;
Orders outside the European Community
will be delivered Free On Board (F.O.B Shipping
Point/Destination).
This charge
will be shown on the invoice as a separate line item. The costs
of transportation will vary by destination, weight and
dimension of each shipment. All freight and transportation
charges are available upon request and are clearly indicated
on the invoice.
Payment
Payment is required
within 30 days of the date of invoice unless alternative
terms have been agreed. The Company reserves the right to

Formedium™ has Technical
Services Scientists equipped with the laboratory experience
vital for responding to your enquiries. You are our major
source of information about product performance. We
actively encourage you to contact us.
Warranty
Formedium™ products are
warranted to meet our product specifications in effect at
the time of shipment. Notice of nonconforming products
must be made to Formedium™ within 20 days of receipt of
product. This product warranty limits Formedium™ liability
to the replacement of the product only. Formedium™ shall
not be liable for any incidental, consequential or
contingent damages.
Returns Policy
Due to the high
sensitivity of our products we are not able to accept all
returns. Our commitment to product quality and performance
superiority prevents us from reselling returned goods. If
you would like to initiate a return please contact
Formedium™ to obtain return authorisation. Formedium™
recommends GLP Good Laboratory Practice at all times and
that all products are sampled and tested to the clients
satisfaction on prior to incorporation into existing and
ongoing research. In instances of purchasing errors it is
our policy to deny return of products.
Product Use Limitations
Unless specified all
Formedium™ goods are sold for research and/or
invitro
use only.
